How is this legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill allows for 0.3% THC in the hemp that is grown. The THC is then extracted from the hemp plants grown. Because the Farm Bill allows for that percentage to be allowed in a dry weight manner, we are able to have normal dosage levels in all of our edible products. Anywhere from 3mg to 15mg of THC in all of our edible products.
